Syrene is a tropical planet. But unlike Fara, this planet is deadly, by far the deadliest in the system.
Due to the heavier gravity, only hills paint the horizon. Plants and animals are stronger and more
lethal. Two of the deadliest things on the planet are the Gyrt and Nawps.
As a result, the warriors of Syrene are the deadliest in the system as well. Shorter than the rest of
the Talecks, they are also stronger. When they leave the planet, they can hit harder, throw further
and kill faster because they are not hampered with the heavy gravity they are used to since birth.
They can also harm others more easily and have a hard time adjusting when off their home world.
Because of this, different laws are applied here.
When Syrene joined the system they kept two old laws to protect their females, who are not as
strong. As a result the females are not treated as equals and are not allowed to fight in the military.
The females are allowed to leave, but if they stay they are required to live by Styrene law.
